FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

If your question is not here, ask us: the answer usually helps the next person too.

The product

What Ready4KI is, and what you receive.

  • What exactly do I get?

A board-ready report of up to 21 sections, generated from your own assessment answers. It opens with a one-page executive snapshot, answers the value question with a number, and closes with three explicit decisions. You read it in the online viewer and can export a print-ready version.

  • What is the difference between the tiers?

It is the same report at three depths. Insight unlocks sections 1–5: the snapshot and the evidence base. Blueprint adds 6–15: risk, governance, agent-scale security, the value case, diffusion, portfolio and the plan. Executive adds 16–21: operating model, workforce, codified advantage, measurement and the board decision pack.

  • How is this different from hiring a consultancy?

A consultancy produces a document shaped by whoever ran the workshop. Ready4KI runs the same structured diagnostic every time, so results are comparable and repeatable, and the deliverable is an operating model rather than a recommendation. A senior Operating Partner is still in the room; the platform is what makes the analysis rigorous and fast.

  • Which languages are available?

The site and the report are available in English, German and Turkish. Brand terms (tier names, maturity stages, portfolio buckets) stay in English in every language so a single vocabulary works across a multinational team.

The process

How an assessment actually runs.

  • How long does it take?

Insight, Blueprint and Executive are all designed to give an executive team clarity within two days of starting the assessment: once the last answer is in, the report itself generates within minutes. Blueprint and Executive also include a working session with your leadership team, scheduled once the assessment is complete. Operating Partner is agreed case by case, because it is a recurring engagement.

  • How does the assessment work?

It runs in a dedicated application, which you reach from your dashboard after purchase. Questions are routed to the people who can actually answer them, answers are checked for internal consistency, and the value model is reconciled before anything is generated.

  • How many questions is it?

Insight is around 45–55 questions. Blueprint adds roughly 30–35 and Executive roughly 25–30, mostly in matrix form so they go quickly. You never answer the full set at once. Each tier asks only what its sections need.

  • Who needs to be involved?

Typically a small group: someone from strategy or transformation, someone from technology or data, and someone who owns risk or compliance. The questions are routed so nobody guesses on behalf of another function.

Commercial

Pricing, invoicing and terms.

  • Why is Operating Partner priced individually?

Because it is a recurring engagement shaped around your organisation's governance calendar rather than a fixed scope. Insight, Blueprint and Executive have fixed, final prices.

  • What is the refund policy?

Insight, Blueprint and Executive produce a report generated from your own answers, so they cannot be returned once the assessment has started. If it has not been started, contact us and we will refund it. Operating Partner follows the terms in your contract.

  • How does invoicing and VAT work?

Payments run through Stripe. VAT is calculated at checkout from your country and, for EU businesses, your VAT ID. You receive a proper invoice by email and can download it again from your billing page at any time.

  • Is this a subscription?

Insight, Blueprint and Executive are one-time engagements. Operating Partner is the only recurring one: monthly advisory plus a quarterly board review, with the report kept current.

Data & security

Where your data lives and how it is governed.

  • How do you handle GDPR?

Assessment answers are business information about your organisation, not personal data, apart from the contact details of the people involved. We process those on the legal basis of contract performance, keep them for as long as your account is active, and act on access or deletion requests. A data processing agreement is available for enterprise customers.

  • Where is our data stored?

Data residency is one of the four controls we state explicitly in every report, and we hold our own platform to it. The specific region is agreed before onboarding. Ask us during the call and you get a straight answer, not a link to a policy.

  • How does this relate to the EU AI Act?

The Act is one of the nine governance domains assessed in every report, with a status and the move required to close it. Separately, our own platform is built to the Article 12 and 14 obligations, logging and human oversight, from the start rather than retrofitted.

  • Is our data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Tenant isolation is an explicit control, enforced at the database level with row-level security scoped to your organisation. It is also one of the four controls the report asks you to demand from any AI vendor, including us.

  • Do you train models on our answers?

No. Your assessment answers are used to produce your report and your benchmarks. They are not used to train models, and any anonymised sector aggregate is built so that no single organisation can be identified in it.

Access

Reading, sharing and exporting the report.

  • How do we read the report?

In the online viewer, from your dashboard. It keeps the colour groups and the section index, and it is designed to be read on a screen in a meeting rather than printed and forgotten.

  • Can colleagues have access?

Yes, access is granted at the organisation level, and you invite colleagues from the team page. The number of seats depends on your tier; those numbers are still draft and are marked as such on the pricing page.

  • What happens to sections we have not unlocked?

You see that they exist, with a short description of what they contain, and nothing else. The content is not sent to your browser at all. Entitlement is checked on the server before the report is built, so there is nothing hidden in the page source.

  • Can we export or print it?

Yes. The report has a print stylesheet that drops the navigation and protects page breaks, so a printed or PDF copy is board-ready rather than a screenshot of a website.

Get the number. Then build the operating model that delivers it.

Insight gives your executive team a defensible answer in two days. Everything beyond it starts with a conversation about the decision in front of you.
